whee i'm back! still on earth!
was in copenhagen..taking a walk amidst gloomy showers and visiting the famous mermaid who was pretty much grey n lonely
then it was Lund! where most pple i know who went on exchange spent half a year there!
n i did great catching up with dear dear Isabell!
Lund's a student town, with cobbled streets and really old buildings. quite a pleasant mix of the old n the new. oh i saw people carrying floorball sticks! ahhh! how fun.
aniwae Sweden offers much more opportunities for the females then any other state, if only i could brave the cold and live there. the quality of the guys sound perfect too. hurhur.

I went with the Lund peeps (junyi, kaixin, charlotte, janice) n a Jonkopinger (sharleen) to Bergen! On our way there...of coz to see the magnificent fjords. Everything was so white and i haven't seen such wide expanse of snow in my life. It's winter wonderland! well, it was too cold n all the waterfalls were frozen. I can't appreciate wintery beauty when everything's cold n dead. haha. I think i must come back in Spring some day and see the lovely flowers blooming, the waters gushing and go hiking!
Bergen's the 2nd largest city of Norway, the weather shone for us! it didn't rain, like it normally did. perfect for enjoying the seafood, sun and the bustling of the town. we had our fill of fishfishfish, caviar, hotdogs...food n more food. the skies were beautiful, n the sun only set at 9! how lovely.
Oslo was pretty rainy n depressing, grey, wet. it reminded me of london, cosmopolitan city, with people fervent abt their crossword puzzles, n i didn't see much smiling. probably the weather that makes people so depressed. ah well. the Vigeland Sculpture park was probably the most significant sight in Oslo, depiciting Men in life, in death. Their struggles within themselves, human affection between parents, mother n child, father n child, conflicts, the relationship of nature and men. very thought provoking.

now, it's back to Milan where temperatures hit a high of 20dc (WHOOPEE) and showers are expected in the early afternoon.
will upload photos soon, but somehow they look grey n bleak, thanks to the wintery gloom.

always blessed penso @ 9:22 AM
